Stress...Is Your Health Worth It?

Discussion about chronic health issues...

Stress

Stress comes in four forms: physical, chemical, mental and thermal. The cumulative affects of any one or combination of these are like having your finger on the trigger of a gun.  Stress allows the nervous system to react and cause a symptom, and the symptom is what brings the patient to the office.  It is then my job to find out how the body has reacted and adapted to the stress.  Stress now becomes a generic term, and we must find the underlying cause or causes and fix the imbalance in the triad of health.

Thanks to Dr. Carroll, I will not need knee surgery, and I look forward to more improvement in controlling my asthma.

Gail P. - Lake Station, IN

In August of 2002, I was diagnosed with asthma. I was put on Singular and given a rescue inhaler. Soon after that the asthma got worse and I was given a steroid inhaler and was told I had to use it every day. I now had over-reactive airways. During the change of season, I had to add 40 mg of Prednisone on top of all the other medication to manage the symptoms.

Today I am off all of the medications and have no symptoms thanks to Dr. Carroll and natural health care.

Debbie H. - Crete, IL

I have been a patient of Dr. Carroll's approximately 20 years. I consider her my primary care giver. She has helped me after a horrible car accident, that resulted in a brain injury. I know that her care is why I'm able to continue working.
